2. Why the Talee Collects and Processes Data
The Talee collects and processes Personal Data for the following reasons:
(a) performing our agreement with you to provide content and services, including providing, improving, and developing our services;

(c) providing you with alerts, updates, materials, or information about our services or other types of information that you requested or signed up for;

You have the right to delete all of your data by deleting your account within the app. unless another legal basis for processing and retaining this data exists or unless applicable law requires us to retain the data.

It may also be processed by third parties who operate outside of your jurisdiction. By submitting your personal data you agree to this transfer, storing or processing of data outside of your jurisdiction. If you consent to link the accounts, the Talee may collect and combine information you allowed the Talee to receive from a third party with information of your User Account to the degree allowed by your consent at the time. If the linking of the accounts requires the transmission of information about your person from the Talee to a third party, you will be informed about it before the linking takes place and you will be given the opportunity to consent to the linking and the transmission of your information. The third party's use of your information will be subject to the third party's privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.
5.6 The Talee may release Personal Data to comply with court orders or laws and regulations that require us to disclose such information.
6. Your Rights and Control Mechanisms

7. Children’s Safety and Age Rating
The minimum age to create a User Account is 17 (or equivalent minimum age depending on jurisdiction). The Talee will not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under this age. Insofar as certain countries apply a higher age of consent for the collection of Personal Data, the Talee requires parental consent before a User Account can be created and Personal Data associated with it can be collected. The Talee encourages parents to instruct their children never to give out personal information when online.
An age rating is displayed better to understand the appropriateness of objectionable content in the app. Regional rating is assigned to your App based on local laws in the region. In some cases, your App’s age rating can be updated to comply with local laws.

9. Revision Date
This policy is effective as of November 29th, 2024. ("Revision Date"). If you were a user before the Revision Date, it replaces the existing Privacy Policy. The Talee reserves the right to change this policy at any time by notifying the users of a new privacy statement. This policy is not intended to and does not create any contractual or legal rights on or on behalf of any party. This Agreement may at any time be amended by Talee. Furthermore, the Talee may amend this Agreement unilaterally at any time in its sole discretion. You will be notified by email of any amendments to this Agreement within 10 days before the amendments take effect. If you do not cancel your account before the effective date of the amendments, your continued use of the services will constitute your acceptance of the amended terms. If you don’t agree to the amendments or to any of the terms in this Agreement, your only remedy is to cancel your Account. the Talee shall not have any obligation to refund any fees that may have accrued to your Account before cancellation of your Account, nor shall the Talee have any obligation to prorate any fees in such circumstances.10.
